HISTORY
Our Association was formed in 1996. We
now have more than 650 family and business members and are well recognized within Green Township and Hamilton County for our work.
MISSION
Residents of Green Township are justifiably proud of their
neighborhoods. But our community faces increasing crime, traffic congestion, sewer problems and pressure for inappropriate
development, among other threats. Our non-proift Association’s mission is to identify and combat those threats to our
quality of life in this part of Green Township.
HOW WE ARE ORGANIZED
Our support comes from our members’ dues,
fundraising efforts such as the Summer Garden Tours, occasional grants, and many donations.
We are a non-profit organization. We don’t
own or rent offices and we have no paid staff. Everything we do is accomplished
by our member volunteers. All funds we receive are devoted to our mission of combating threats of deterioration to the quality
of life in our part of Green Township.
Our ability to attract
grants and donations is enhanced because the Association has been recognized by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt
charitable organization under IRC Section 501(c)(3).
DONATIONS TO THE ASSOCIATION
ARE TAX DEDUCTIBLE.
